Shipping

Valve Clothing ships within the US via USPS. Packages are distributed out of Baltimore, MD. Orders under five pounds require a flat rate shipping charge of $5. Custom and bulk orders are charged separately and handled through your ValveClothing.com Merchandising Account Representative. 

Exchanges

At this time valveclothing.com does not accept exchanges. If you are in need of a new size or color please return your merchandise using the return instructions below and place a new order on www.valveclothing.com.

Returns

If you are not happy with your merchandise, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item cannot be worn or washed to be eligible for a refund. Please utilize the USPS return shipping label provided. If you are in need of a return shipping label please email returns@alveclothing.com and a new label can be emailed to you.

If you wish to ship on your own, please mail returns to the below address.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of the items condition. Merchandise must be in original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
